XYNETIQ Ltd. only collects website statistics from our ISP. No visitor details are collected; only numeric and geographic data are collected and deleted after 90 days.

Contact form data and email data are retained for 6 months before being deleted, unless we continue to work with you or supply products or services to you. This data is encrypted and retained in a secure data vault for up to 2 years on a secure data disc behind a firewall, VPN, and records older than 90 days are retained offline. NO FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL DATA IS RETAINED IF PROVIDED, EXCEPT EMAIL ADDRESS, COMPANY DETAILS, ADDRESS, AND TECHNICAL DATA.
